About
THE THIRSTY
GARDEN
Samantha Hoffman has spent over 15 years crafting exceptional cocktails in the lively bars around the San Francisco Bay Area. Now, she is blending her extensive cocktail know-how with single estate crops in her urban garden in Alameda. Dubbed the "Thirsty Garden," this isn’t your typical vegetable garden—it’s where regenerative practices meets fresh-from-the-garden drinks. It serves as her experimental lab for regenerative techniques with California-grown ingredients. Through the Thirsty Garden project, Samantha aims to ignite a conversation about our food systems, consumer power, and regenerative agriculture within an urban space. Her garden stands as a beacon of innovation, persistence, and an example of the remarkable things that happen when we step outside the conventional and get creative.
